Actress Shilpa Shetty is looking to bring the fallout from her impromptu PDA with Richard Gere a little closer to home. The Bollywood star has petitioned India’s Supreme Court to halt any current proceedings and transfer the pending obscenity case against her and Gere from Jaipur to Mumbai, where she lives, so that she can better fight the charges, Shetty’s attorney said Monday.
