Heather Locklear can breathe easier now as her misdemeanor charge of reckless driving has been dropped after she plead for lesser charge.
The case has been heard in a Santa Barbara courthouse, with Blair Berk,as her attorney.
Instead of serving jail, Heather must pay star must pay $700 fine, attend a 12-hour drug education program and will be placed on three years probation.
Hmmm, just wondering.. why was Heather not there in the trial?
