It was revealed in KBSGlobal that Seven–Korean singer–held a preview party for his album debut in the U.S. at Highlands, a famous nightclub in Hollywood, Los Angeles on May 2.
What a surprise, indeed, he is an Asian artist and he showed his hard will and strong desire to challenge American pop market by that party.

Well, this movie presented a very funny story. There were two teams whoa re dueling as finalist in Olympic titles for woman’s handsball.
The pulsating game continued long and hard with a tie score leading to two killer overtimes and a penalty throw showdown. The team of Korea lost, but won what many call a silver medal that shines more brightly than the gold. At the time, Korean women’s handball was at its worst state ever, and players who should have been retired joined the national team to face the indefatigable Denmark. It was a miraculous achievement _ “the greatest moment of our lives” (the film’s title in Korean).

Speed Racer—Rain’s Hollywood debut—will be premiered in London by June 25, KBSGlobal reported. It was mentioned that on the premiere, 3000 audience member will be invited and will be screened on the world’s largest 37 meter-by-17.5 meter screen.
Speed Racer is a movie by Wachowski brothers, tells about a young car racer who dreams of glory and success. Park Jun-hyung also takes part in this movie. The film will open in theaters nationwide in Korea on May 8 and in Japan on July 5. What about other countries? We’ll wait ya.

It was revealed in Korean Movie, that Jang Nara will sing for the celebration of the 100th day leading to the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summer Olympics on April 30, 2008.
The organizing committee of the Beijing Olympics created the special song entitled “Beijing Welcomes You.” A total of 100 celebrities from China, Taiwan, Beijing and Korea took part in the song recording.

It was revealed in EnglishChosun that Pop singer Kangta, will take a break from the entertainment business in the purpose of finishing his compulsory military service.
His agency, SM Entertainment, mentioned that he will release his first new album in three years around the middle of this month before joining the military on April 1.

Singer and actor Rain, one of the best hottest and rising stars in Asia, will starring samsung promotional music video. The music video is about working hard and achieving one’s dreams, Rain will convey that message of by dancing throughout the music video.
Samsung Electronics will be one of the official sponsors of the 2008 summer Olympic games. Director Jang Jae-hyuk, who made the music video for ‘It’s Raining,’ the title song of Rain’s 3rd studio album, took charge once again. Samsung Anycall’s promotional music video starring Rain will be played throughout the Olympic Flame relay as well as the summer Olympic games for a total of 97 days. The video will also be edited into a 15-second commercial clip that will go on air nationwide in China and Hong Kong starting in early April.

It has been revealed in English.chosun that Jeon Ji-hyun has lent her name to a world-famous brand of luxury blue jeans. A line of jeans called Gianna by True Religion is about going to be released. Gianna taken from Jeon Ji-hyun’s English version.
The blue jeans will be distributed in some 50 nations including the U.S., Canada, Australia and countries in Europe.
