New Korean movie is coming right up this summer!

It will be entitled “A Million”, that is prepared to challenge other summer movies like “Chaw”, “Take Off”, and “Heeundae”.

The new movie will be performing Park Hae-il, Sin Min-ah, Lee Vheo-hhe, Lee Min-ki, and Jeong Yu-mi. Well, none of the names above  heard familiar to me, but I’m still curious about this movie. The idea is so challenging : it is a survival game  to win a million.

I predict, there will be some intrigues in the story : enriched with the strategic of winning, the best planner will be the winner. The more thrilling, the more this movie challenging.

It has been reported in HanCinema that this movie has been set in the Australia dessert. Bet who will be the winner, a law student, ex-marine, pizza deliverer, bar hostess, or the financial manager? Feel somehow excited, huh? ;)

Compared to other Korean actress, we may say that Lee Te-im is a newcomer. She has never been playing at an epic movie, but the next “The Iron Empress” will be her turn.

She has been casted for the epic movie, and will play as Kim Mil-hwa, a beautiful woman from Silla who approaches Mok-jong and Kim Won-sung. There will be some intrigues in this movie, related to the power in the kingdom. “The Iron Empress” will be aired in KBS Drama.

Lee says that this is a very great opportunity for her, since she’s adoring the historical figures, and enjoying epic dramas. Let’s hope that she’ll play  well for this movie! ;)

After gaining success in her movie career, this one beautiful girl recently has been captured for the cover of Bazaar, for August issue. At the cover, she looks so much more mature but still beautiful, with a mysterious image that is represented from the make up. Before, Jeon has attended Paris Haute Couture Collection Show, where she has travelled for Harper’s BAZAAR magazine’s August edition.

The SIYFF (Seoul International Youth Film Festival is the biggest youth film festival in Korea, nowadays. Since 1999, The Seoul International Youth Film Festival has provided a venue for youth to share their culture via films and media education. It grows to be a truly international youth film festival involving youngsters from home and abroad. Seoul International Youth Film Festival finds its meaning in discovering and developing originalities and individualities of youths and in helping them grow to be a strong pillar of Korean film in the future. Being an actress is not an easy work. Well, it is a world with a lot of fun, but when you play as a character that really different to your real life, you have to deal with that. An actres has to get into the character she’s playing, even if she have to make some changes to her physical appearance.

This happens to Jo An, actually. In the movie “Lifting King Kong”, she plays a heavyweight lifter in the movie who competes for the gold medal in the Olympics against all odds. For her role as an ugly girl, she tries to look as ugly as apossible, by getting rid off her beauty.

Wow, with she sacrificing her body to gain 7 kgs, do you say that she’s not really into the character? :)

Lee Young-ae first earned the title of ‘Oxygen Lady’ when she made her debut as a TV model in 1991. After her success in TV commercials, she started gaining stardom in TV dramas and movies with her beauty and acting skills in 1993, but it wasn’t until 1995 that she began acting in many TV dramas and gathering a large fan following.

Frankly, I’ve a special interest to her, she’s so adorable, especially after she played in “Jewel in The Palace”,  (”Dae Jang Geum”, 2004).

Recently, it was reported in HanCinema that she will pursue her doctorate degree from Graduate School of Theater and Cinema of Hanyang University. Before, she has hold the bachelor degre from German Language and Literature, and master degree in theater and cinema in 2001. Her last appearance was in “Sympathy for Lady Vengeance” in 2005.

Won Bin became one of the most popular TV actors in Korea after the successful TV drama Autumn Story. He made his screen debut in a 1996 KBS drama. How is he now?

Well, it was reported in HanCinema that Won Bin has been captured for BAZAAR magazine, recently. In that photoshoot, he wore the vintage style clothes in black and white.

The famous actor from Boys Over Flower, Lee Min ho, has had his 5th surgery, after car accident a couple of months ago. It was known that from the accident, he gots a piece of metal in his knee.

This 22 years old actor reported will have the recovery time while staying at hospital for about two weeks. But still, by this June 21st, an agenda has been waiting for him : fan club meeting at Children’s Great Park.

The shooting process or all commercial activities will be scheduled to the late of June. We’ll wait for you to be back soon, Min-ho! Quickly recover :)

According the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC), as 85% to 90% of the 876,213 persons reported missing to America’s law enforcement agencies in 2000 were juveniles (persons under 18 years of age). That means that 2,100 times per day parents or primary care givers felt the disappearance was serious enough to call law enforcement. Besides, 152,265 of the persons reported missing in 2000 were categorized as either endangered or involuntary, and the number of missing persons reported to law enforcement has increased from 154, 341 in 1982 to 876,213 in 2000. That is an increase of 468%.

This report, indeed, has attracted Rain and Lee Yeon-hee. It was reported in HanCinema hat these two stars have been involved in the Green Ribbon Hope Walk Campaign, that particularly moves to raise the awareness of serious missing children.

The campaign has been lasting for 3 years, and it was reported that there are many other stars who have been involved in this campaign.
